"Site was a bit frustrating for shoe shopping"
I was just trying to quickly find a pair of shoes in my size, so maybe I noticed it more than I would have if I were just browsing, but the site felt kind of annoying to use. Pages took a while to load, and checking available sizes required more clicks than it really should...

"Order was mostly right"
My order was mostly fine, but one item showed up in the wrong size. I reached out to support and they were nice about it, basically saying something like, “Sorry about that, we’ll help get it sorted.” Not a huge deal, but still a little annoying to have to follow up.

"The prices just feel a little too high to me"
I wanted to like it more, but for what I got, the price felt a bit higher than I was comfortable with. It wasn’t necessarily terrible or anything, but I kept feeling like I could probably find something similar for less somewhere else. For me personally, it just didn’t feel worth paying that much.

"Fit advice didn’t really work out"
The staff seemed nice enough, but I got transferred around a couple times before I could even talk to someone who could help, which was annoying. When I finally got fit advice, it ended up being off. I had blisters after just two runs and had to go buy a different pair somewhere else.

Shipping was a little slower than I figured it would be, but it did show up in the end. Not a huge deal, but obviously I’d prefer it to arrive a bit sooner next time.

"They had a great selection of running..."
They had a great selection of running gear, and I was able to find what I needed easily. There were lots of choices, which was nice, but I did feel kind of ignored while I was there and had to figure things out on my own.

"I had to wait a little longer than..."
I had to wait a little longer than I expected to hear back from customer service. They did end up helping me, but the replies felt a bit slow and not that clear. I’m mindful of what I’m paying, so I was hoping for a smoother experience. It wasn’t terrible, just kind of average

"Finally got some actual help"
I usually end up wandering around stores feeling like nobody notices I need help, but this time the staff actually stepped in and helped me find the shoes fast. It was a relief not having to figure everything out by myself for once
